Remember to do whatever it takes to make you feel good!

I had a bit of a revelation yesterday when talking to my brother. I didn't realise that normally if I notice them, or they came in my field of vision - I would almost have a staring contest, trying to get frustrated by them, trying to remind myself to be relaxed - but not actually doing anything about it.
As I was thinking, well I don't want to put on my dark glasses as it will be like I'm retreating, and I don't want to do that for the rest of my life. But it like that old saying people used to say when things have been tough, "I'm just taking it one day at a time"
Sometimes my left eye can be worse, so just keeping my left eye closed with my sun glasses on can make me feel so much better, and I just remind myself that this isn't forever - just take it one day at a time - do whatever you can to make yourself feel better in the moment.
Even just knowing that in a certain moment, you have a choice - thats a powerful difference between not having any choice\option :D

Great hope that helps, also I looked on Itunes under podcasts - and I was thinking I could always make this into a podcast somehow if people were after one. Otherwise in the meantime theres some great mediation\relaxation tapes on there that would help to top up the reserves :D
